How to exhibit at JNTE2022 :

Please register your participation at the conference.

1. Exhibitor registration required for a stand/booth (500 €). This registration includes a full registration for one person and the possibility to give a flash presentation (5 min) during special session, dedicated to exhibitors. Each additional person has to register as a “private company person” (250 €). We will supply tables, chairs, electricity and grids for posters according to your needs. This information including the area of your booth in m² needs to be provided to us at least 2 weeks before the event.
   
    
2. You can choose also an option of full sponsorship, which includes booth, full registration for 2 persons, flash presentation in special exhibitors’ session and your logo on every communication medium (1000 €)
    
3. Additionally, you can submit an abstract for the oral or poster presentation according to your preference without additional charge. Note that the oral presentations will be selected by the scientific committee. If your presentation is not selected for the oral presentation, you will have a possibility to present it as a poster.
